Key Responsibilities

- Prepare mise en place for North Indian curries, gravies, breads and complementary dishes as assigned.
- Assist section chefs with timely cooking, garnishing and serving standards.
- Follow approved spice blends, recipes and accurate portion control.
- Maintain food hygiene, safe temperatures and allergen communication.
- Monitor ingredients, equipment cleanliness and correct stock rotation.
- Coordinate busy meal periods and assist colleagues to prevent delays.

Skills and Experience

- Working knowledge of North Indian cuisine in a professional kitchen workplace.




- Practical familiarity with common gravies, tandoor or bread preparation as applicable.
