Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate induction schedules and orientation material for new colleagues.
- Organise service, compliance, operational and professional development training sessions.
- Maintain attendance, training completion and relevant development records.
- Communicate learning calendars and session logistics with department heads.
- Assist with training-needs collection and post-session feedback analysis.
- Prepare presentation aids, learning resources and internal notices.
- Support coaching and service-quality initiatives aligned with resort standards.
- Handle training and colleague records confidentially and report outcomes to HR leadership.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Experience or education related to HR, training, learning and development or hospitality operations.
- Strong organisation, written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with spreadsheets,



learning records and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of employee confidentiality and teamwork across departments.
