Radisson Hotel Lucknow City Center is hiring a F&B; Associate for its Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh property. Support restaurant and food and beverage service by preparing outlets, welcoming guests and assisting throughout the dining experience.

Position Overview

Department: Food & Beverage Service. Job type: Full Time. This is an on-site hospitality opportunity at the Kaiser Bagh hotel. The successful candidate will contribute to consistent operations, a professional guest experience and effective collaboration with colleagues. Day-to-day assignments and reporting relationships will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Set up and clean tables and service stations according to restaurant operating standards.
- Welcome guests, present menus and accurately relay orders to the relevant teams.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation, hygiene, timing and courtesy.
- Respond to guest needs and route dietary, allergy or service questions appropriately.
- Restock linen, glassware, cutlery and service essentials and maintain a tidy outlet.
- Coordinate with kitchen and senior service colleagues to minimise delays.
- Follow billing, cleanliness, safe carrying and food handling procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, banquet or event service as assigned.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Interest in hospitality service; relevant restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, courteous communication and willingness to learn menus and service sequences.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safe food service practices.
- Reliability,



teamwork and ability to support multiple priorities during meal periods.
