Key Responsibilities

- Organise concierge duties and allocate guest requests during shifts.
- Assist guests with local information, transport coordination and hotel services.
- Support luggage, arrivals and departure requirements with front-office colleagues.
- Monitor completion of guest requests and follow up on unresolved matters.
- Coach colleagues on professional courtesy, privacy and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate escalations with the duty management team.
