Vivanta Ekta Nagar, Statue of Unity is hiring Team Leader – Front Office for an on-site, full-time position in Ekta Nagar, Narmada district, Gujarat, close to the Statue of Unity. Lead front desk shifts, coordinate check-in and check-out, assist guests with requests and support consistent reception standards at a destination hotel near the Statue of Unity.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate front office shift assignments, handovers and service priorities.
- Guide reception associates on arrivals, departures, guest identification and reservations.
- Review room-status and arrival information with housekeeping and other hotel teams.
- Support guests with enquiries, local information, requests and timely service recovery.
- Monitor front-desk records, billing accuracy and protected handling of guest information.
- Escalate operational concerns and maintain clear communication with duty management.
- Coach colleagues on guest-service etiquette, professionalism and system accuracy.
- Support smooth coordination for groups, events and busy arrival periods.





Skills and Relevant Experience

- Hotel front desk, guest service or reception experience with exposure to shift coordination.
- Comfort using property management systems and standard office tools.
- Confident communication, calm problem solving and guest-focused service judgement.
- Ability to support team training, handle escalations and work across departments.
- Guest-focused communication, professional integrity and willingness to collaborate with diverse colleagues.
- Ability to work an on-site, full-time hospitality schedule as determined by hotel operations.
