Key Responsibilities

- Welcome spa guests and help explain service choices, procedures and aftercare within training.
- Conduct appropriate client consultation, check contraindications and obtain informed consent before treatment.
- Deliver only treatments for which the therapist is trained, qualified and authorised.
- Maintain hygienic treatment rooms, sanitised equipment, clean linen and correctly stored products.
- Protect client comfort, dignity, privacy and confidential consultation records.
- Coordinate appointments, treatment preparation and service handovers with spa reception.
- Observe health and safety procedures, escalating concerns rather than performing unsuitable services.
- Maintain professional knowledge of appropriate spa protocols and guest-care standards.

Relevant Skills and Experience

- Relevant spa therapy certification or practical training appropriate to assigned treatments.
- Professional knowledge of hygiene, safe treatment methods and client contraindications.




- Robust communication, consent practices, discretion and guest service.
- Experience in a hotel spa or established wellness facility is beneficial.
