Key Responsibilities

- Attend hotel orientation and follow internship learning objectives set by supervisors.
- Observe departmental routines and assist with appropriate supervised work.
- Practise guest communication, skilled etiquette and accurate task reporting.
- Support culinary, F&B;, front office, housekeeping, finance or other assigned teams according to placement.
- Follow guest confidentiality, hygiene and workplace safety guidelines.
- Record learning progress and seek constructive feedback throughout the placement.

Skills and Experience

- Current study, training or other eligibility suitable for the hotel's internship programme, subject to confirmation.




- Interest in hospitality operations and willingness to undertake supervised tasks.
