Job Purpose
To manage product and process applicable for MFI GL product and track controllership. Work towards improving business efficiency and profitability. To manage system scheme & masters.
Duties and Responsibilities
Gold Scheme Management

• Manage and Maintain various Gold Schemes as per business requirements and Gold PPG
• Managing and maintaining different system master to enable day to day operation of business
• Identifying the issues related to configuration and initiate corrective action with support of IT team
• Creation, Modification, and mapping of correct scheme in system for end-to-end journey of loan to product mapping
• Charge mapping, de-mapping and modification with respect to change is product governance policy
• Identifying tech and process improvements required, its monitor the implementation.
• Provide requirement tech team for development of capabilities for implementing various policies and guidelines.

Gold Loan Performance Management
• Work on performance management through relevant data analysis, provide key inputs to business team.
• Identify reports requirement and ensure timely publication.
• Automate MIS for improving accuracy and work on real time reports/dashboards as applicable.
• Business target in consultation with Business Heads, effective communication and alignment across the team.
• Prepare and execute performance pay, rewards and recognitions.
• Periodic contests, additional kickers and communication for motivation.
• Prepare business and financial decks for periodic and need based review by management.
Gold Loan Controllership
• Monitor Product and Business KPIs as per Gold Loan PPG in alignment with Gold SBU product and risk team.



Identify areas of improvement and correct gaps identified if any.
• Implement Regulatory guidelines as applicable and coordinate with internal teams including Gold SBU Risk, Business Compliance, Legal, FPC, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to align compliance efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Implement best practices and industry benchmarks to enhance the control parameters.
• Provide input to business for gaps if any and work towards achieving various efficiency parameters
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Performance pay criteria for MFI GL business
• MFI GL pricing grid and further scheme management in pennant|• Achieving GL productivity expected as per AOP
• Maintaining rate for Acquisition and portfolio IRR as per AOP
Major Challenges
• Keeping track of regulatory guidelines and its interpretation
• Conduct industry benchmarking to understand industry best practices and design processes accordingly.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
• Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-8 years
b) Work Experience
• Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
