Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented HR MIS & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent while simultaneously managing HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid balance of sourcing capabilities, relationship-building skills, and a deep technical comfort with data, spreadsheets, and HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and periodic MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, employee turnover, and headcount distribution.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.




• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements, define job specifications, and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Coordinate the pre-boarding and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from offer stage to their first day. Employee Exit process.

Skills and Qualifications
Education: An MBA in HR is a strong plus.
Experience: 5 years of proven experience handling both recruitment/talent acquisition and HR data/MIS operations.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization techniques).
Hands-on experience with and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS) - Darwinbox.
Handling employee exit formalities
