Mid-Level Draftsman – Design Coordination

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Design Coordinator / Head – Design

Job Purpose

To prepare (occasionally) , review and coordinate architectural drawings across multiple real estate projects, ensuring accuracy, timely revisions and effective coordination between consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare (occasionally) and revise architectural plans, sections, elevations and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, interior and other consultants.
- Cross-check drawings to identify discrepancies, clashes and missing details.
- Follow up with consultants for pending drawings, revisions and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries and report discrepancies.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records and updated documentation.
- Ensure the latest approved and GFC drawings are circulated to the concerned teams.




- Track drawing submissions and pending deliverables to ensure timely coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship, Civil Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- 3–6 years of experience in architectural drafting and design coordination.
- Experience in residential high-rise and redevelopment projects in Mumbai preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of Excel and PDF mark-up tools is desirable.
