Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of a hospital construction project, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project execution and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery. • Ensure compliance with hospital design requirements, statutory regulations, and quality standards.



• Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • 20+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in hospital or healthcare projects. • Strong leadership, coordination, and project delivery skills.

Additional Information: • 5 days WFO • Interview Process: 2 to 3 Rounds (Final round will be F2F) • Early joiners highly preferred

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil), Diploma in Civil
