We are seeking a dedicated professional for the AR Voice Process role within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and inbound voice calls to manage payment follow-ups and facilitate collection support.

- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to invoices and billing discrepancies to ensure customer clarity.

- Perform precise data entry tasks and utilize CRM tools to update client information and transaction logs.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and organize records to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.





- Employ effective negotiation strategies to resolve conflicts and secure payment commitments from clients.

- Deliver high-quality voice-based customer support with a focus on skilled and clear communication.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possess at least one year of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or customer support environments.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in payment follow-up procedures and collection methodologies.

- Show capability in resolving invoice and billing queries efficiently and accurately.
