Urgently Needed: VP / AVP / Director of Sales / Senior Account Manager – IT Staffing

Location: USA / Canada / India (Noida, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, and PAN India)

Work Schedule: Must support US business hours

Experience: MINIMUM 10+ Years

Responsibilities

- Managing enterprise clients such as IBM, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and other major organizations.
- Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, proposals, pricing discussions, rate-card negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Drive account growth, pursue new business opportunities, increase revenue and profitability, and ensure client retention.
- Oversee large-scale IT staffing programs, critical requirements, high-volume hiring, and managed services engagements.
- Coordinate with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment, high-quality submissions, and achievement of client SLAs.
- Manage client escalations, contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and ongoing stakeholder communications.
- Develop account strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular business updates to senior management.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- MINIMUM 10+ years of experience in IT Staffing, enterprise account management, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients such as IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, EY, and other major organizations.
- Hands-on experience in RFP/RFI management, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and account growth.
- Solid understanding of US and Canadian IT Staffing models, including W2, C2C, 1099, contract staffing, and permanent hiring.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS programs, procurement teams, and enterprise vendor management processes.
