Key responsibilities

- Leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, client experience and risk management.
- Defining and executing transformation roadmaps in partnership with business and functional leaders.




- Driving process redesign, simplification, automation and process mining initiatives.
- Influencing senior stakeholders to align transformation priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Managing programme governance, budgets, resources, risks and delivery performance.
- Building high-performing teams and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Role requirements

- 15+ years of experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
- Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale transformation initiatives within banking.
- Strong expertise in Process Excellence methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma and Zero-Based Design.
- Experience across CIB, WRB and corporate functions, with a strong understanding of banking processes.
- Expertise in operating model transformation, organizational change and cost optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Experience managing global teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
