- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Freshers CTC: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA
- Experienced CTC: 3.5 LPA – 5.5 LPA
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Eligibility: Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad only
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries over the phone professionally
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Provide product and service information
Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
