What You Will Do
- Track and manage sales enquiries, leads, opportunities, and upcoming closures.
- Coordinate with clients, Sales Representatives, and Account Managers on sales updates and potential opportunities.
- Ensure sales activities and operations follow internal approval processes and procedures.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular monthly sales and revenue reports within timelines.
- Support the sales team with coordination, documentation, and other sales-related activities.
- Identify and utilize potential business opportunities to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and reporting.
- Candidates with knowledge of IT hardware will be preferred.
