About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements shared by clients and Account Managers.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job opportunities, company details, roles, salary structure, and work locations to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update profiles in the ATS/Recruitment Database.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Support the team in achieving monthly recruitment and joining targets.

Who We Are Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
- Good internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
