Role Description The Freelance Business Development Partner is a part-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and nurturing existing accounts. The partner will collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to understand service offerings and tailor proposals to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting meetings and presentations, managing a small pipeline of leads, providing consulting input on client requirements, and supporting project scoping and timelines. The role also includes regular reporting on business development activities and contributing ideas to refine sales and partnership strategies.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development and Training to guide client stakeholders and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate proposals, timelines, and deliverables for new and existing client engagements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting to understand client challenges, recommend suitable solutions, and add strategic value to conversations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close business opportunities in a structured and ethical manner.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a freelance, part-time hybrid environment from Mumbai.
- Prior experience in business development, agency environments, or creative services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
