Location: Hyderabad

CTC: 7.0 - 7.5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver Soft Skills, Communication, Behavioral, and Customer Service training programs.
- Conduct new hire, refresher, and developmental training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops on communication, presentation skills, customer handling, and qualified etiquette.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Create and maintain training reports, trackers, and feedback records.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to drive employee development.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in delivering soft skills and communication training.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage classroom/virtual sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certifications in Learning & Development or Train-the-Trainer will be an added advantage.
