WE'RE HIRING | International Voice Process – Customer Service

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills and experience in international voice support to join our team in Bangalore and Pune.

Locations: Bangalore / Pune

Experience: 1+ year of relevant International Voice Process experience

Maximum CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Shift: US shifts / 24×7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate confidently in English with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant International Voice Process experience.
- Inbound calling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills with C1 proficiency.




- Comfortable working in US shifts and 24×7 rotational schedules.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore or Pune.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Any graduate with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3).
- Graduation certificate and all original mark sheets must be available for verification and onboarding.
- Willingness to complete mandatory client-specific training and assessments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in technical support or the telecom domain.
- Solid customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and stress management.

Final compensation will be determined by HR based on relevant experience, current/last-drawn CTC, profile evaluation, and assessment performance.
