About the Role :

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to work on an RPO engagement for one of our clients. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in US recruitment, a strong understanding of the US hiring market, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage interview feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and support candidates through the joining process.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to meet hiring targets and turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to client-specific recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and hiring practices.
- Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment consulting, or client-facing hiring environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate database management.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work according to US time zones and recruitment schedules.
