Cluster: Mysuru, Mandya and Hassan

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Role Summary

Own the delivery of college-based skill development programmes across the cluster, managing project P&L;, operations, team performance and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple centres and projects to meet operational targets

Own project P&L; and revenue achievement

Drive student mobilisation, training delivery and placements

Onboard colleges and manage institutional relationships and business development

Lead the cluster team and track performance

Ensure quality compliance and timely performance reporting

Requirements

Experience managing training programmes, institutional partnerships or college-based skilling projects

Robust exposure to P&L; management, operational performance and revenue targets

Hands-on understanding of mobilisation, training delivery and placements

Experience in stakeholder management, quality compliance and reporting

Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English
