Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect, verify, and maintain daily operational data from different departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and identify trends, errors, and performance gaps.
- Maintain and update records related to orders, tanker loading, transportation, and vehicle operations.
- Track order status, vehicle movements, loading details, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with the Order Team, Operations Team, Accounts Team, and other departments to collect accurate data.
- Prepare dashboards and summary reports for management review.
- Monitor pending orders, delays, and operational issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely report submission.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with business software.
- 4. Educational Qualification
- Any degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Data Analysis, Excel, or Power BI is an advantage.5. Experience
