Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Student Recruitment & Outreach: Travel to high schools, attend college fairs, and host informational sessions to market programs and generate applicant leads.
- Application Review & Evaluation: Assess transcripts, test scores, and essays under holistic review guidelines to determine admission eligibility.
- One-on-One Counseling: Guide prospective students and families through program choices, admission deadlines, and financial aid options.
- Campus Tours & Events: Organize and lead campus visits, student orientations, and open-house presentations.
- Pipeline & Data Management: Track prospect communication, application statuses, and yield metrics daily using CRM platforms like Slate.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with faculty, financial aid offices, and marketing teams to streamline enrollment and reduce summer melt.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
