Job Summary

MedPlus Pharmacy is looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our LFS store in Sivagangai. The candidate will be responsible for store performance, sales growth, inventory management, team supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Supervise and coordinate with store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory, expiry management, and replenishment.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and merchandising standards.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Monitor stock losses and minimize operational discrepancies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain store records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Degree preferred; pharmacy qualification is an advantage.
- Experience: Pharmacy store operations experience preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing system familiarity.
- Ability to manage store operations and achieve sales targets.
