Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive with experience in CHA, freight forwarding, or logistics billing to handle invoices, accounting entries, job-wise costing, and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer invoices, proforma invoices, and finalize INR invoices.
- Verify job files, operational charges, vendor bills, and supporting documents.
- Handle purchase entries, vouchers, TDS entries, advance adjustments, and petty cash records as applicable.
- Coordinate with Operations for pending charges, CFS invoices, and billing inputs.
- Upload invoices on customer/vendor portals and arrange courier of documents wherever required.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.




- Maintain job-wise billing records and handle job locking after billing completion.
- Assist with GST documentation and coordinate with the Accounts Team.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of CHA, freight forwarding, and logistics billing.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Industry Preference: CHA / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
