Job Purpose

To support day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory management, order preparation, and dispatch activities while learning warehouse processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving incoming materials and verifying quantities against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Support the loading, unloading, sorting, and proper storage of materials.
- Assist in maintaining stock records and updating inventory details in registers or the system.
- Support picking, packing, and dispatch of materials as per requirements.
- Help conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labelling, and arrangement of materials in designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members and other departments for smooth material movement.
- Assist in preparing daily stock reports and maintaining warehouse documentation.
- Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers who have completed 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation may apply.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and handle routine physical activities as required.
