Job Description

Pathways School Noida is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Primary Library Associate who can inspire young readers through engaging storytelling sessions while efficiently managing routine library operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging storytelling and read-aloud sessions for primary students
- Promote reading through diverse books, comics, graphic novels and interactive activities.
- Support library sessions linked to classroom learning and PYP Units of Inquiry.
- Manage book circulation ,maintain library records and prepare debit notes and follow up on lost or overdue books as per school procedures.
- Assist with library activities, events and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, Library Science or a related field.




- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with explicit pronunciation and expressive storytelling skills.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with young children in a school, library or educational setting will be an added qualification.
- Interest in children’s literature, reading promotion and literacy development.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Familiarity with the IB PYP framework will be an added advantage.
