Job Summary

Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store Executive for its Indore location with experience in building construction materials management and hands-on working knowledge of N-Way ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily receipt, storage and issue of construction materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers and other store documents in N-Way ERP.
- Ensure accurate ERP entries for material receipts, issues, transfers and stock balances.
- Monitor physical stock and conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project and Site teams for material requirements and discrepancies.
- Track minimum stock levels and report shortages, damaged materials and excess stock.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and control of construction materials.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly inventory reports.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant construction-store experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Mandatory hands-on experience in N-Way ERP.
- Experience in construction material and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of GRN, material receipt and issue processes.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Solid documentation, coordination and stock reconciliation skills.
