Job Title: Telecaller – Car Finance Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to generate leads for car finance, connect with prospective customers, explain available car loan options, and coordinate with the sales and finance teams to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in purchasing cars through finance.
- Generate leads for car loans and vehicle financing schemes.
- Explain basic finance options, EMI plans, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements using approved information.
- Follow up with interested customers to encourage loan applications and conversions.
- Coordinate with sales executives, banks, and finance partners regarding customer enquiries and loan applications.
- Collect required customer details and documents as per company policy.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status in Excel or CRM software.




- Handle customer queries professionally and forward complex finance-related questions to the concerned team.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, interested customers, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-generation abilities.
- Basic understanding of car loans, EMI, and vehicle financing is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and finance partners.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with telecalling, telesales, banking, or automobile finance experience can apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in car finance, automobile dealerships, loan sales, or customer telecalling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
