1. Material Receiving & Inspection: Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods; verify quantity, quality, and documentation.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, update ERP entries, and ensure proper material identification and storage.

3. Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic physical stock verification, and report discrepancies or shortages.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch: Dispatch on zero error and ensure timely delivery as per customer orders.

5. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain GRN, stock registers, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents.

6. Coordination & Safety: Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Transport teams while ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices, housekeeping, and secure material handling.
