Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate confidently with clients in English.
- Explain company services and provide accurate information.
- Understand client requirements and address their queries.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain communication records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update records regularly.
- Follow professional communication standards and company guidelines.
- Work towards assigned calling targets and performance goals.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Solid verbal communication and active listening abilities.




- Confidence in handling professional conversations.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional behaviour.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with discipline and consistency.
