Weare looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in tender preparation and submission through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, managing online submissions, and coordinating with internal teams to support the company’s business growth in the government and institutional procurement sectors.

Key Responsibilities Identify and track relevant government tenders on the GeM portal, CPPP, and other government e-procurement portals. Handle end-to-end tender filing, bid submission, and documentation on the GeM portal. Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission deadlines. Prepare technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, compliance statements, and other required documents. Verify eligibility requirements related to MSME registration, DPIIT Startup recognition, turnover, prior QuillAir Aerospace and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Page 1experience, EMD, and tender fees. Coordinate with the technical, finance, sales, and management teams to collect the necessary documents and approvals. Manage OEMauthorisations, experience certificates, product certifications, declarations, affidavits, and other tender-related paperwork. Ensure timely submission of bids and monitor bid status, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, and award results. Handle pre-bid queries, corrigenda, clarifications, and communications with government departments and procurement authorities. Maintain a tender database, submission tracker, document repository,



and records of upcoming opportunities. Assist in preparing quotations, price comparisons, commercial proposals, and bid-related reports. Track purchase orders, contract requirements, and post-award documentation as required. Required Qualifications and Skills Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of practical experience in tender filing on the GeM portal. Robust knowledge of GeM registration, bid participation, product/service listing, and online bid submission. Experience in preparing technical and financial bid documents. Good understanding of government procurement procedures, tender eligibility, and bid compliance. Familiarity with MSME/Udyam registration, DPIIT Startup benefits, EMD exemptions, and related tender provisions. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation, and online tendering systems. Excellent documentation, communication, coordination, and deadline-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Preferred Experience Experience handling tenders for drones, UAVs, aerospace equipment, electronics, engineering products, or government supply contracts. Familiarity with defence, railway, PSU, and other government procurement tenders.
