We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, monitor performance, and ensure that business targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Assign tasks and monitor daily work progress.
- Track team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct team meetings and provide regular feedback.
- Train and support team members to improve performance.
- Resolve team-related issues and coordinate with other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure work quality, discipline, and timely completion of tasks.
- Help management implement business strategies and achieve targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience in team handling, operations, sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
