About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Onboarding Specialist with excellent communication skills to help customers understand and get started with MAPOG, our GIS-based mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with new and potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demos and guide customers through MAPOG's features and functionalities.
- Help customers with onboarding, initial setup, and basic product-related queries.
- Follow up with leads and support customer engagement.
- Conduct basic market research and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the onboarding experience.





Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in explaining products and interacting with customers.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn about GIS, mapping tools, and SaaS products.
- Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
