We seek an accomplished Government Relations Specialist with at least 15 years of professional experience to lead government engagement, institutional partnerships, regulatory coordination, and public-sector funding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Government Relations & Institutional Engagement: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with central and state government authorities, ministries, regulatory institutions, public-sector organizations, and development agencies.
- Government Funding & Financial Support: Identify and facilitate access to government grants, subsidies, development funds, institutional financing, investment incentives, and eligible public-sector funding schemes.
- Regulatory & Licensing Coordination: Manage regulatory engagement concerning banking, NBFC operations, financial services, escrow arrangements, investment management, and cross-border corporate structures.
- Strategic Government Partnerships: Develop government-supported projects, public-private partnerships (PPP), institutional collaborations, and investment development opportunities.
- Project Approval & Implementation: Coordinate applications, statutory permissions, documentation, regulatory submissions, and institutional approvals through lawful and transparent procedures.
- Corporate Policy & Legal Compliance: Collaborate with Blackbull's legal management teams to establish compliant frameworks for domestic and international operations.
- Investment & Economic Development: Support government engagement for Blackbull's proposed India–UAE banking portfolio,



asset-backed financing infrastructure, and financial technology expansion.
- Employment & Skill Development Initiatives: Facilitate institutional collaboration for professional training centres, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and employment-generation programmes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience in government relations, corporate affairs, regulatory liaison, or institutional development.
- Established professional relationships across relevant government departments and financial institutions.
- Proven experience facilitating government-supported projects, regulatory approvals, or institutional funding.
- Strong understanding of government policies, financial regulations, public-sector procedures, and corporate governance.
- Experience in banking, infrastructure, investment, financial services, or multinational corporate projects.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, documentation, and executive communication capabilities.
- Ability to independently develop government engagement strategies from project inception.

Preferred Candidate

Former senior government relations professionals, regulatory affairs executives, institutional development specialists, and experienced corporate liaison directors are encouraged to apply.

The selected professional must demonstrate measurable results in regulatory coordination, government funding facilitation, institutional partnerships, and project development while maintaining strict anti-corruption and legal compliance standards.
