Jr. Store & Purchase Executive

Position: Junior Store & Purchase Executive

Location: Bhiwadi

Experience: 1- 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store activities, including receiving, issuing, and storing materials.

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory registers.

Assist in preparing purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and material availability.

Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, invoices, stock registers, and purchase records.

Monitor stock levels and inform the reporting manager about low-stock items.

Coordinate with production, project, and accounts teams for material requirements.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.





Assist in physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Maintain records of material inward and outward movements.

Support cost control and ensure purchases are made as per company requirements and approval procedures.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of store management, inventory control, and purchasing activities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.

Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Knowledge of Tally or any ERP/inventory management software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
