About the chance

TinyPal is looking to partner with experienced children's writing educators and creative writing mentors who can help children turn their ideas into stories and develop them into finished pieces they can share or publish.

What you’ll do

- Deliver engaging, structured sessions that develop storytelling, character creation, plot development, descriptive writing, dialogue and editing.
- Guide children from initial ideas to completed stories through a progressive, project-based programme.
- Use creative prompts, writing games and guided exercises to help children develop their own voice and ideas.
- Provide constructive, age-appropriate feedback that supports writing development without taking over the child's creative process.
- Introduce age-appropriate ways to present, illustrate and share finished stories, including digital or print formats where appropriate.
- Provide a clear list of materials parents will need to arrange before the programme begins.

What we’re looking for

- Established experience teaching creative writing, storytelling, children's literature or writing workshops to children aged 6 and above.
- Demonstrated ability to help children develop and complete original written work.
- Experience delivering structured, multi-session programmes with clear outcomes.




- Strong understanding of age-appropriate writing development and constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with child-friendly publishing, book-making or digital presentation tools is an advantage.

- Details of any prerequisite materials you will provide for the lessons, such as writing prompts, worksheets, story-planning templates, reading resources or digital publishing tools. Clearly distinguish these from items parents must arrange or purchase, and mention any associated costs.
- Your availability, session pricing and any sample lesson plans, writing prompts or examples of student work you are authorised to share.

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour
