Experience Required: Minimum 6-12 months in sales as a Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Executive, with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to connect with potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers and address their queries.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Build robust customer relationships to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely customer support.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience as a Sales Executive (preferred).
- Good verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and work under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills and a target-driven attitude.

Salary: As per company policy and incentives.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
