Key Responsibilities :-

- Coordinate with shrimp farmers for farm registration, certification and compliance requirements.
- Manage farm-wise documentation, registration records, renewals and traceability documents.
- Support BAP, BSCI and other applicable farm certification audits.
- Conduct preliminary farm visits and assess basic audit preparedness.
- Identify documentation gaps and compliance issues, and coordinate corrective actions with farmers.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors and MPEDA.
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of pending compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Practical experience in farm certification and audit compliance.
- Knowledge of BAP, BSCI and other relevant farm audit standards.
- Hands-on exposure to farm registration and certification documentation.
- Strong farmer coordination and field-level communication skills.




- Ability to independently manage audit preparation, documentation and compliance follow-up.
- Willingness to travel to shrimp farms as required.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven practical experience in shrimp farm certification, audit preparation and farmer-level coordination. Candidates with only aquaculture production or general shrimp farming experience, without relevant certification and audit exposure, may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
