Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the loan department. The candidate will be responsible for handling interested customers (hot leads), explaining loan products, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

No cold calling is required. The role focuses exclusively on hot leads provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hot leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Contact interested customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.




- Build positive customer relationships and provide timely assistance throughout the loan process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the loan or banking sales department.
- Experience in handling loan-related leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
