Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Student Manager to manage student enquiries, registrations, onboarding, and coordination for overseas education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Manage student registrations, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain and update student databases using MS Excel and Word.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve student engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with agents and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Support student outreach activities and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly student conversion and onboarding targets.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in student counselling, coordination, or overseas education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in overseas education consultancy is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
