About the Role GLOWNEST PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a skilled and passionate Video Editing Trainer & Assessor to train students in video editing and evaluate their practical skills. The candidate will deliver practical training, guide students through real-world projects, assess their performance, and help them develop industry-ready video editing skills. Key Responsibilities Training Responsibilities - Conduct online or offline video editing classes. - Teach video editing from beginner to advanced levels. - Train students to edit YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, advertisements, and promotional videos. - Teach editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut. - Introduce students to AI-powered video editing and AI video-generation tools. - Provide practical assignments, projects, and demonstrations. - Guide students in storytelling, transitions, colour correction, sound design, and visual effects. Assessment Responsibilities - Evaluate students' practical video editing assignments and projects. - Conduct skill tests and practical assessments. - Assess students' progress against defined learning objectives.



- Provide constructive feedback and recommend improvements. - Maintain assessment records and student performance reports. - Help determine whether students have achieved the required course competencies. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of video editing software and techniques. - Good communication and teaching skills. - Ability to demonstrate editing techniques through practical projects. - Knowledge of social media content creation and video formats. - Familiarity with AI video tools is an advantage. - Good organisational and evaluation skills. Educational Qualifications - A relevant degree, diploma, or certification in video editing, multimedia, animation, filmmaking, or a related field is preferred. - A strong portfolio and demonstrable practical skills may also be considered. Preferred Experience - Experience in video editing, teaching, mentoring, or evaluating practical projects. - Freshers with strong editing skills and communication abilities may apply.
