Job Description:

- Conduct field visits for loan collection and repayment follow-ups.
- Follow up with overdue customers and ensure timely payments.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain daily collection records and submit reports.
- Handle customers professionally and maintain good relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Local candidates from puri is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per company norms, with performance-based incentives as applicable.
