Job Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservation Executive to manage room bookings, handle guest enquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure efficient reservation operations while maximizing room revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle reservation enquiries received through calls, emails, OTAs, travel agents, and direct booking channels.

* Check room availability, rates, room categories, and meal plans before confirming bookings.

* Manage new reservations, amendments, extensions, cancellations, and no-show bookings.

* Maintain accurate booking records in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).

* Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Accounts for seamless operations.

* Communicate hotel policies, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and applicable charges to guests.

* Follow up on tentative bookings and monitor advance payments and booking guarantees.





* Handle festive bookings, special packages, VIP requests, and guest preferences.

* Prepare daily reservation reports, including arrivals, departures, cancellations, and occupancy-related information.

* Upsell room categories, meal plans, and additional hotel services to maximize revenue.

Candidate Requirements

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations.

* Good communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.

* Knowledge of hotel PMS, OTA platforms, and reservation procedures.

* Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Good command of English and Hindi.

* Candidates based in Jaipur with prior hotel industry experience will be given preference.
