We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS /Operations Executive with strong expertise in MS Excel, client coordination, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to monitor performance, track deliverables, and support operational efficiency.
- Manage large datasets and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Analyze operational data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting and improve workflows.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client handling, coordination, and professional follow-ups.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a solid combination of Excel expertise, client management, and operational coordination skills are preferred.

Location : Phase 8B Mohali (WFO)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
