Are you confident in convincing customers, negotiating prices, and closing sales over the phone? Do you enjoy building relationships and turning enquiries into repeat business? We’re looking for a **results-driven Sales Coordinator** who can strengthen our existing trader network and drive sales growth.

** Location:** VKI, Jaipur, Rajasthan

** Job Type:** Full-Time | On-Site

** Salary:** ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

** Product:** Galvanized Plain (GP) Products

### Your Role & Responsibilities

- Make a minimum of **50 outbound calls daily** to existing traders.

- Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.

- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.

- Handle price objections, negotiate professionally, and close deals over the phone.

- Follow up consistently on pending enquiries and potential orders.

- Increase average order value through upselling and product recommendations.

- Maintain accurate call, enquiry, order, and follow-up records in MIS/CRM.

- Reactivate inactive traders and maintain healthy customer relationships.

- Ensure approved profit margins and protect confidential pricing and client information.

### Who Are We Looking For?

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.

- Experience in B2B telephonic sales,



customer retention, or repeat-order sales.

- Steel, metal, GP product, or trader-market experience preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.

- Ability to work with daily sales targets and manage follow-ups independently.

- A proactive, target-oriented professional who focuses on **converting calls into business.**

**Important:** We need a salesperson who can convince customers, handle objections, and close orders—not someone who only makes calls or shares product information.
