Sales Team Manager – Australian Solar and Renewable Energy

Starting Salary: ₹50,000 per month + Personal Sales Incentives + Team Sales Incentives

NRG7 is an Australian renewable energy company providing solar systems, home batteries, air conditioning and heat pump solutions to customers across Australia.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Manager with a proven track record in Australian telesales campaigns, preferably in the solar, battery, heat pump or HVAC industry.

This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who can recruit and develop sales agents, support them in closing deals, drive team performance and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Management

- Recruit, interview and onboard telesales agents for Australian sales campaigns.
- Train new and existing agents on products, sales scripts, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Provide live sales support, coaching and assistance with difficult customer conversations.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Help agents convert leads into confirmed sales and improve closing ratios.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Motivate the team, address performance gaps and maintain accountability for results.

Personal Sales and Target Achievement

- Lead by example by closing sales personally when required.
- Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring the team meets its overall targets.
- Analyse sales reports, conversion rates and lead performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company sales processes.
- Coordinate with Australian management regarding sales performance, staffing and operational requirements.
- Help improve sales processes, scripts and team productivity.

Essential Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in an Australian sales process.
- Previous telesales experience in Solar, Battery Storage, Heat Pumps or HVAC is mandatory.
- Previous experience leading, coaching or supervising a telesales team is highly desirable.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Proven sales closing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage a target-driven team.
- Strong leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and monitoring sales KPIs.

Salary and Incentives

- Starting Salary: ₹50,000 per month.
- Personal Sales Incentives: Earn additional incentives on your own sales.
- Team Sales Incentives: Earn additional incentives based on team sales performance and target achievement.
