**WE ARE HIRING: PLANT ACCOUNTS & RECONCILIATION OFFICER**

**Location:** Indore Back Office

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Daily Milk GRV booking and reconciliation of farmer delivery notes with milk received at the plant.

* Reconcile maintenance, repair, and spare-parts consumption costs.

* Verify engineering store spare-parts issues against maintenance activities.

* Handle CAPEX reconciliation, approval verification, cost allocation, and Sage booking.

* Reconcile fuel consumption for generators, forklifts, and company vehicles.

* Verify supporting documents, quantities, invoices, and accounting entries.

* Prepare daily plant reports and other operational reconciliations.

**Candidate Requirements:**

* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.





* Relevant experience in accounting and reconciliation, preferably in manufacturing or plant operations.

* Knowledge of GRV, inventory, cost, and invoice reconciliation.

* Working knowledge of Sage/ERP and MS Excel.

* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

* High attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.
