About the Role

Jaagruk Bharat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations to lead our Support, Service and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, strong leadership abilities, and a startup mindset to drive team performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Support and Sales teams.
- Supervise inbound and outbound calling, lead management, and chat support processes.
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure productivity and target achievement.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions to improve team performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Motivate the team to achieve business objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Experience in Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Contact Center processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
- Must own a PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection for remote work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
